‘MC Oluomo Is the Only Married Man I Have Dated’ – Ehi Ogbebor Denies Snatching People’s Husbands
Nigerian interior designer and businesswoman Ehi Ogbebor has addressed allegations that she has a habit of dating married men and “snatching” other women’s husbands.
Speaking during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Ogbebor said MC Oluomo is the only married man she has ever dated. She explained that he is a Muslim and argued that his religion permits a man to have more than one wife.
Ogbebor challenged any woman who believes she took her husband to publicly come forward and explain how she allegedly did so.
According to her, she does not consider herself a husband snatcher and has rejected the claims that have followed her relationships over the years.
“MC Oluomo is one of my best friends. Ayinde, as I call him, is the only man I can say I did date as a married man but he is Muslim,” she said.
She added that she was prepared to face anyone who accused her of breaking up their marriage, saying she was waiting for a wife to come forward and make such a claim.
Ogbebor and Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, made their relationship public in 2021. At the time, Ogbebor shared photos and videos of the NURTW figure on social media, confirming the relationship after weeks of public speculation.
Their relationship later ended, and both parties subsequently moved on. Ogbebor has continued to describe MC Oluomo positively on some occasions. In 2023, she celebrated him on his birthday and referred to him as a good friend who taught her the importance of making an impact on people’s lives.
During the recent interview, Ogbebor also spoke about her own experience with marriage. She revealed that she has been married twice and discussed some of the difficulties that led to the collapse of her marriages.
She previously disclosed that her first marriage began when she was only 18 and ended after she experienced what she described as an abusive relationship. She has since encouraged women to recognise when a marriage has become unhealthy and to protect their self-worth.
Ogbebor’s latest comments have sparked reactions online, particularly because of her explanation of her relationship with MC Oluomo and her strong denial that she has a pattern of pursuing married men.
