White House Blasts Newly Revealed Epstein Emails as Calculated Political Hoax to Smear President Trump
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphatically rejected the recently disclosed emails referencing President Trump from the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, asserting the correspondence is an absolute hoax manufactured by House Democrats. President Trump immediately echoed this strong denial on his Truth Social platform, labeling the entire matter a political deflection designed by adversaries to distract the public from significant ongoing government and legislative issues. The controversial exchanges, which were selectively released by Democratic members of the House Oversight Committee from a larger cache of documents obtained from the Epstein estate, include messages suggesting President Trump may have possessed knowledge of the disgraced financier’s unlawful sexual conduct.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt directly accused Democrats of deliberately and selectively leaking the emails to sympathetic liberal media outlets specifically to create a false narrative and unjustifiably smear President Trump. Leavitt stressed that these documents conclusively “prove absolutely nothing” regarding any wrongdoing by the President. She further contended that the unnamed victim referenced in one of the exchanged messages is the late Virginia Giuffre, who, despite her tragic history with Epstein, consistently maintained that President Trump was never involved in any misconduct whatsoever and was always cordial in their limited interactions. The Press Secretary reiterated that President Trump had permanently expelled Epstein from his Mar-a-Lago club decades ago due to the financier’s inappropriate behaviour toward female staff, including Giuffre herself, a fact she highlighted as proof of the President’s proper conduct.
Concurrently, President Trump utilized his Truth Social account to forcefully denounce the release of the emails, classifying the entire event as the “Jeffrey Epstein Hoax.” He emphatically warned Republican members of Congress to avoid falling for this calculated trap, urging them instead to maintain their complete focus on crucial national matters, particularly the pressing need to finalize the government reopening process and rectify what he described as massive damage caused by the opposition. This coordinated and firm pushback from the White House and President Trump is intended to neutralize the renewed political scrutiny generated by the new email disclosures and definitively shift the public conversation away from the President’s prior association with the late, convicted sex offender.
