Israel Launches Airstrikes on Gaza After Accusing Hamas of Violating Ceasefire Agreement
Israel has carried out a series of airstrikes on Gaza following accusations that Hamas violated the recently agreed ceasefire by launching rockets toward southern Israeli territory. The renewed violence has shattered a fragile truce that had brought a brief period of calm after weeks of intense fighting.
According to Israel’s military, the strikes targeted what it described as “Hamas weapons depots and command sites” in central and northern Gaza.
