IGP Egbetokun Urges Newly Called-to-the-Bar Officers to Defend Police Force with Integrity

The Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has received a batch of newly called-to-the-bar officers into the Nigeria Police Force, charging them to uphold professionalism, courage, and integrity in the discharge of their duties.

Speaking during the ceremony, IGP Egbetokun emphasized the crucial role of legal officers within the police structure, noting that their expertise will be pivotal in ensuring justice delivery and strengthening the image of the Force. He urged them to bring skill and discipline into their new roles, stressing that the credibility of the NPF depends on officers who are committed to truth and fairness.
